Cal Noia is a typical catalan countryhouse over 500 years old, located in Castellví de la Marca, a small town in the Alt Penedès region, 60 kilometers from Barcelona. Masia Cal Noia is located at the foot of the Castellot mountain, near the neighbourhood of Les Cases Noves de la Riera. The origin of the countryhouse dates back to the fifteenth century, as documented in an original notarial deed of 1417 that is kept in the house itself. Masía Cal Noia is cataloged and is part of a country estate destined mainly to the cultivation of the vineyard. Due to its position located at the foot of the mountain, in an elevated position between the forest and the vineyards, Cal Noia receives the sea breeze and is visible from the main routes.

At Cal Noia, you can stay in one of our exclusive rural accommodations — Villa 1, which accommodates up to 8 people, and Villa 3, which accommodates up to 4 people — surrounded by vineyards and enjoying the tranquility while savoring a glass of the finest wine... or maybe you’d prefer a refreshing glass of cava?

The pool area has sun beds, umbrellas and a refreshing pergola covered by natural hemp to rest and relax in the middle of nature. From the pool you can enjoy wonderful views of the vineyards, the imposing medieval tower of Castellot and at the horizon, you can also be delighted by the Mediterranean see.

The Alt Penedès is, together with the Baix Penedès, the heart of the wines with Denomination of Origin Penedès. Land of wine for centuries, the region is home to multiple wineries where you can discover and taste its delicious wines and cavas. The more than 50 hectares of Cal Noia vineyards are dedicated to organic farming and are used for the production of the best wines and cavas of the D.O. Penedes.
